Home Information Packs
Unlike other HIP Providers, who only operate by buying in the searches or using 'panels' of Energy Assessors, we undertake the Energy Surveys ourselves, and use the services of a highly reputable local solicitor with over 10 year's conveyance experience to compile the searches in our HIPs. Any person you instruct to compile a HIP or carry out an Energy Survey may be seen as a representative of your own firm, therefore you will be assured that the people dealing with your clients will conduct themselves professionally at all times.
Energy Performance Certificates
If you are compiling your own HIP or you are satisfied with your current Pack Provider arrangements but would like to use our service, then we would be happy to supply you with the EPC for your HIP's.
We aim to provide a competitive and professional EPC service to Estate Agents and are able to include floor plans as part of that service.
We comply with the RICS code of measuring practice and can supply you with a floor plan alongside the EPC. There is no charge for the floor plan aspect of our service when instructed to do a minimum of 10 EPC's per month. Please ask for more details about this service
